My firs full release, this album/beat tape mixes in some fully realized ideas with fun one off beats that may only last a minute in length. The styles fuse together hip hop instrumental beats with jazz chord progressions and solos, (such as Kiefer, Vooo, Anomalie, etc.)

On a personal note, "Progression" is the culmination of the work I've done to battle my anxieties. Not thinking I'm good enough, that I don't write good songs, that I even deserve to be in the same space as my peers. Even if my mind still wants me to believe that's the case, it isn't true and who I am is good enough.
